HardCalc ("we", "us") operates this website. This policy explains what information is collected when you use our tools, and how it is handled. By using the site you agree to this policy.

The short version

Our tools run entirely in your browser. Everything you enter — the text you paste into a counter, and the prices, balances, interest rates and home values you type into a loan calculator — is processed on your own device and is never sent to or stored on our servers. We do not have accounts, we do not ask for your personal information, and there is no sign-up, no email capture and no credit check.

Information we do not collect

  • We do not store the text, figures or files you enter into any tool. This includes every number entered into a loan calculator: loan amounts, home values, mortgage balances, interest rates and income-related figures never leave your device.
  • We do not sell, share or pass your information to lenders, brokers or any other third party. This site is not a lead generator.
  • We do not require registration, names, or email addresses to use the tools.
  • We do not sell personal information.

Cookies and advertising

We use third-party advertising, including Google AdSense, to keep the tools free. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.
